Gorgons Famous Michelin Star Meat Patties LOL
ok these are great either fried up or done on bbq
Ingrediants
1lb of Ground Mince
1 Large Onion
4 Cherry Tomatoes
Half Cup of Frozen Peas
Half Cup of Frozen Corn or one tin of corn
1 Egg
Salt
Pepper
Put mince into a mixing bowl
Finely chop the onion and add to the mince
Finely chop the tomatoes and add to mince
Crack the egg into the mix
add a sprinkle of Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix up to a big gooey mess
Add the peas and corn and mix again
Make into little meat balls and flatten
Cook for about 15 to 20 mins (depending on size) on a medium temp you dont need to add oil just let them cook with there own juices and turn over a few times during cooking.
These are awesome with a great variety of flavours and the egg will stop them breaking up during cooking
Great for a quick meal and are just as nice cold the next day if u cook to many. |
